My name is Kam and I have been a practising Counsellor for Hillingdon and Uxbridge for the past 12 years. I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
I understand that there are times in our life when we need emotional support and help from others as life is demanding due to a crisis thrown at us, or life changes through divorce, bereavement, redundancy and much more. When we ask for support and it is judgmental, offering little or no empathy, we can feel even more lost and unheard. We can become out of touch with ourselves and feel unable to truly explore our feelings so that we can make positive changes in our lives.
Drawing upon my professional and life experience, I aim to empower you by helping you explore your concerns in a safe and confidential counselling relationship to provide support that is suitable to your particular life circumstances.
Types of Counselling available
Due to Covid-19 pandemic restrictions I work mainly via video conferencing, although in person therapy is available.
Individual Counselling
I work face to face and online with individuals and aim to enable you to explore your issues safely at your own pace.
For Online Counselling I use Video Conferencing
Locations
Counselling is available at my main counselling practice in Hillingdon/Uxbridge. This is accessed via M4 Junction 4 and A40 Hillingdon.
Uxbridge is within easy reach of the following areas where I can provide counselling for Hayes, Harrow, Hillingdon, Ruislip, Ealing, Slough.
